We strive to soon establish a first-of-its-kind discount store chain in the Republic of Georgia which will be dedicated to providing high quality European products at prices the average Georgian can afford.

Our subsidiary with the preliminary name "Deutscher Discount Markt LLC" will be formed in cooperation with Capricon Alpha Holding LTD in January of 2025.

​

The rollout of the first store in the town of Kobuleti is planned in January 2025 with locations in Zugdidi and Zestaponi will follow in November 2025 and 2026 respectively .

ARMENIA

Next to Georgia we also strive to establish a subsidiary in Armenia with the purpose of making the import and freight forwarding of goods to Georgia more cost effective and efficient.

In combination with the activities of our subsidiaries we also plan on donating a portion of our profits to the local chruch and organizations providing aid to displaced persons from Abhkazia, South Ossetia or the Republic of Artsakh.

In addition to this our Georgian LLC will provide an affordable POS platform for small local busniesses in order to further economic possibilities of low captial enterprises and middle class citizens.
